Mission

The mission of Unshaken Performance is to provide clients with a physically and mentally challenging but safe training environment each and every day. Passion must be exuded at all times. The staff must put forth an attitude of genuine care to let the client/athlete know that his or her best interests are in mind. Always remember that training is being done to put the athlete in a more advantageous position to inevitably perform at his or her highest potential in competition or in life. We will coach each and every moment with these sentiments in mind.

The goal of Unshaken Performance is to transform you into your best version. By applying the concepts outlined in our mission statement and training philosophy, we will develop sound training programs designed to keep our clients healthy and able to compete at their highest athletic potential.

Training Philosophy

The Unshaken Performance strength and conditioning program will utilize various training modalities in order to successfully cater to each and every individual. Each individual, sport and athlete is unique, which is why our strength and conditioning programs are individualized. Individualization will be achieved through a needs analysis, performance testing, and comprehensive biomechanical assessments. Certain training qualities are then programmed based on the sport and athlete overview. Training qualities include power, strength, mobility, stability, speed, agility, and energy system development. Pertinent training methods will subsequently be used at appropriate times of the year to induce necessary physiological adaptations. Unshaken bridges the gap between the rehab and sports performance. The driving philosophy behind Unshaken Performance is that a personal investment in proper bodily movement and neuromuscular balance will unleash maximum physical potential. It offers individualized attention and small class environments (semi-private) where the client is fully evaluated and provided a specialized program. This program is personalized for each client; incorporating their strengths, limitations, and goals into each efficient and purpose-oriented workout. Each workout is monitored and routinely adjusted to achieve an optimal outcome. In this way, Unshaken’s clients are able to return from injury and reach their peak physical potential.
